Ordo Sancti Constantini Magni
Exarchate of the United States of America

- The modern international Ordo Sancti Constantini Magni was re-established in 1953 in Europe and 1961 in the United States of America.
- The Purpose of the Order is the preservation of the high ideals of chivalry and knighthood through service to humanity.
- Our primary Goal of the Order is to increase understanding among mankind through the practice of good works and example.
- The Mission of the Order is demonstrated by our faithful Christian members in their personal financial support of various ecumenical activities, local charitable endeavors, and the cultivation of our early Christian heritage through research, publications, and conferences.
- Internationally, the Order is headed by His Beatitude Theodorus II, Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria, Libya, Ethiopia and all of Africa. He serves as the Patriarch of the Order.
- His Serene Highness Friedrich, Duke and Prince of Beaufort-Spontin in Austria serves as the Master of the Order. Together with the Patriarch, these two leaders of the Order provide the legitimacy required of a true and recognized Chivalric Order.
- In the USA, the Counsel of the Exarchate elects an individual to serve as the Exarch, or head of the Exarchate of the USA. Upon approval by the International Order, the Exarch is appointed by the Master of the Order. The Exarchate consists of 5 regionally located Bailiwicks, each headed by an elected Bailie. These individuals are also elected officials who are approved by the International Order.
- The Exarchate of the USA is the National-level organizational unit that represents the International Order and is currently located in the Washington, D.C. area. The Exarchate is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization formally incorporated under the laws of the US and the State of Minnesota.
